I grew up in Gunung Rapat, Ipoh, where survival came before dreams — and built my life entirely from the ground up.

1995

Into Real Estate

Left behind instability to build a new life. Started as a sole agent and never looked back.

2000s–2010s

Developer & Founder

Founded Chan Regency Realty. Co-developed industrial estates and residential projects across the Klang Valley.

2022

Crisis. Courage. Rebirth.

Lost everything — income, partnership, direction. Chose to heal. Trained in the Satir Growth Model.
